Anne Richards Rothe, an eighteen year Key resident, came to KBCF as a founding board member. She brought to the Foundation her experience developing the grantmaking process at the Paul Palank Memorial Foundation, her professional background as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and a commitment to the quality of life in the community.

An attorney and former journalist, Ana Gloria Rivas-Vázquez has worked in the field of philanthropy for nearly 20 years. Recognized for her work in the area of Latino philanthropy, Ms. Rivas-Vázquez is a frequent speaker on issues of diversity in philanthropy and Latino giving. She has authored a chapter on the giving traditions of Hispanics.

Stephen Sonnabend has been Hospitality Consultant of Sonesta International Hotels Corp. since July 2008. Mr. Sonnabend served as Senior Vice President of Sonesta International Hotels Corp. Since 1970 and served as President and General Manager of the Sonesta Beach Resort in Key Biscayne, Florida.

Danielle Vidal is Vice President of Premium Finance Group and completed her studies with a BA in Business Administration and an MBA at the University of Miami. She is also a Board member and founder of Twelve Smiles, a non-profit organization dedicated to raising awareness of various local, national and international charities by organizing events,

Carlos Batlle is a Managing Director and Senior Wealth Advisor at J.P. Morgan Private Bank in Miami. He is responsible for drawing upon the vast, global resources of J.P. Morgan to provide wealthy individuals and families in Florida innovative wealth planning and transfer strategies with an integrated view of combining credit, investing and tax tools.
