It’s Time to Cleanup Key Biscayne!

Need a break from Virtual School? Gather your local “pod” and join FillABag for an impactful and educational experience … outside! Fillabag & KBCF are offering organized clean ups on Key Biscayne’s beaches, parks, and neighborhoods. Cleanups qualify for Community Service hours too!

All ages are welcome, and each cleanup is limited to one “pod” — a group of up to 10 participants from your friend group, school group, corporate group, team, or family.

We provide the gloves, buckets and bags, and we recommend you to bring your mask, your reusable water bottle, and of course ENERGY! Don’t forget to wear closed toe shoes. Schedule your cleanup below!

Cleanup Key Biscayne

Through a partnership with the Key Biscayne Community Foundation, FillABag is organizing and facilitating eco-conscious clean up activities for local area groups. Scheduled clean ups can be tailored for a variety of groups; local K-12 student pods, home school pods, local area businesses, active senior pods, family pods, friend pods, athletic team pods, and more!

After participating in beach or neighborhood cleanups, people are not only more confident in their knowledge about environmental issues and more observant of marine life, but their actions lead to changes in behavior and a greater feeling of connection to the community around them.
