No CommentsTAINTOR, JAMES “JIM” SPENCER III, was born in Miami February 28, 1943, and passed away January 5, 2016. Jim graduated from Miami Edison in 1961 and Emory University in 1965. Jim served as an active member for 1 year and in the reserves for 7 years in United States Coast Guard following graduation from college.
