Boat Safety Classes on Key Biscayne

The Monica Burguera Foundation (MBF) in conjunction with the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary offers FREE boating safety classes as a public service for the local community. Since September 2010, more than 2,000 students have successfully completed the program and been awarded the USCG Auxiliary Certificate of Accomplishment and a Florida Boating Safety Identification card,
