Hurricane Melissa Relief Efforts
Communities across the Caribbean need our support as they face the devastation left by Hurricane Melissa. On October 28, 2025, the Category 5 storm struck Jamaica, Haiti, and Cuba, destroying homes, crippling infrastructure, and leaving communities without power or clean water. Thousands have been displaced, and relief efforts continue to face major challenges as flooding and debris block access to many of the hardest-hit communities.
The Key Biscayne Community Foundation is partnering with the American Friends of Jamaica and exploring additional partnerships in Haiti and Cuba to ensure that funds reach those most affected by this disaster. Together, we will provide urgent support to families and communities facing unimaginable loss.
