Anne Richards Rothe

As well as being the Secretary of the Board of Directors for Key Biscayne Community Foundation, Anne Richards Rothe, an eighteen year Key resident, came to KBCF as a founding board member. She brought to the Foundation her experience developing the grantmaking process at the Paul Palank Memorial Foundation, her professional background as a Licensed Clinical Social Work, and a commitment to the quality of life in the community.
